Featuring an Inverted Cone / Trumpet Shape (Shape T) combined with a 120mm extra-long shank, this highly specialized rotary file is engineered for demanding deburring, grooving, and edge smoothing inside deep cavities where standard-length tools cannot reach.

Designed with a precision-ground Single Cut (Single Flute) geometry, this burr features a continuous, aggressive spiral ridge line. Unlike double-cut burrs that produce fine, powdery slivers, the single-cut pattern produces long, continuous chips, offering superior material removal rates and a smoother operator experience when cutting ferrous metals, cast iron, and hardened alloys.
