Our Custom Non-Standard YG15 Tungsten Carbide Mold Parts and Die Inserts are heavy-duty tooling components manufactured for demanding stamping, cold forming, powder pressing, and progressive die applications. Made from premium YG15 grade cemented carbide (15% Cobalt binder), these components offer an optimal combination of extreme impact toughness, high compressive strength, and abrasive wear resistance.
Engineered precisely according to customer 2D/3D engineering drawings, each mold insert features precision-ground stepped bosses, accurate mounting holes, and tight geometric tolerances to resist high-cycle fatigue, cracking, and deformation under heavy tonnage presses.

Grain Size: Medium / Coarse Grain Structure
Machining Precision: Up to +/- 0.005 mm (Per drawing requirements)
Surface Roughness: Ground / EDM Wire-cut / Mirror Polished (Ra 0.1 - Ra 0.8)
Custom Capabilities: CNC milling, surface grinding, slow-feeding wire EDM, sinker EDM, profile grinding, and precision hole drilling per customer specifications (STEP, CAD, PDF).
