Optimize your wire production metallurgy with our high-performance Coated Tungsten Carbide Wire Drawing Dies. Engineered for continuous, high-speed metal wire drawing lines, these premium dies feature a composite structure: a heavy-duty, high-tensile steel casing that exerts optimal compressive pre-stress around a precision-ground tungsten carbide nib (core).

To conquer the extreme friction and thermal load of modern drawing blocks, the internal working profile is enhanced with an advanced, ultra-dense wear-resistant coating (such as CVD Diamond or specialized Nano-coatings). This drastically lowers the friction coefficient, eliminates metal pick-up or scoring, and delivers an exceptional surface finish on drawn wires while extending the mold's lifespan significantly compared to uncoated carbide dies.
