The XK10 Grade 13040-7.0 Tungsten Carbide Saw tips are high-precision, wear-resistant carbide tooth inserts engineered specifically for circular saw blades cutting aluminum alloys, extruded aluminum profiles, aluminum plates, rods, and non-ferrous metals. Manufactured with a specialized micro-grain cobalt binder structure, the XK10 grade delivers a unique balance of edge sharpness, fracture toughness, and anti-welding properties.

Featuring an angled rake face with a stepped brazing seat, these tips braze easily onto steel saw bodies, ensuring vibration-free, mirror-smooth cut finishes and preventing gummy aluminum chips from adhering to the cutting edges.
