The S11 Series Tungsten Carbide Wire Drawing Die is a high-performance industrial die insert engineered for high-speed, continuous wire drawing operations across steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and alloy wires. Manufactured from high-density tungsten carbide nibs cased in durable steel jackets, the S11 design features an optimized internal geometric profile (entrance, approach, bearing land, and back relief angles). It provides maximum wear resistance, exceptional deformation accuracy, and long service life during heavy-duty wire reduction passes.
