The YG10 Tungsten Carbide Plunger (18.5mm x 100mm) is a high-precision, wear-resistant component engineered specifically for heavy-duty reciprocating pumps, high-pressure cleaning systems, and chemical metering equipment. Manufactured from premium YG10 grade cemented carbide (10% Cobalt binder), this plunger delivers superior fracture toughness, high compressive strength, and exceptional resistance to fluid erosion.

Featuring a precision-ground and mirror-polished cylindrical surface, this carbide plunger minimizes seal friction, resists abrasive particle scoring, and substantially extends pump maintenance intervals under continuous high-pressure cycles.
