Designed specifically for harsh geological conditions—including rock, gravel, and hard pan—these inserts are brazed onto cutter bodies to form heavy-duty scrapers and cutters that ensure continuous excavation efficiency.

• 100% Virgin Material: We use only premium virgin tungsten powder to ensure no internal defects or impurities. 

• HIP Sintering: All tips undergo Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) to eliminate porosity and maximize the strength of the carbide. 

• Precise Fit: Ground base surface for optimal brazing results on the scraper body.
